DR PAUL RAMSEY, JR. • SENIOR PASTOR

Pastor Paul joined Church on the Hill's staff in 2001 as worship leader. In 2005, He accepted the call to become senior pastor of the church.  He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Tennessee Tech, a masters degree in pastoral studies, and a doctorate in Christian counseling.  He and his wife Elizabeth have a passionate heart for the Lord and a desire to see His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth just like in Heaven. 

JUSTIN GRANT • CARE PASTOR

Pastor Justin has been attending Church on the Hill since 1997, and he followed the call to full time ministry in 2011.  His compassionate heart and genuine love for people makes him absolutely amazing at what he does.  Justin is passionate about showing people who God created them to be and then helping them walk that out.  

ZACH BUCKNER • ADMINISTRATIVE PASTOR/STUDENTS

Pastor Zach has a passion to see the Gospel transform the lives of people around him. He pursues opportunities to communicate to people how much they are loved and valued by God. He loves to think outside the box, and enjoys collaborating with the amazing staff here at Church on the Hill.  Zach is a Cookeville native, and he is a TTU graduate with a bachelor's degree in Finance.  He also earned his master's degree in Leadership from Luther Rice in 2014.   He and his wife Bethany have five sweet children, and they look forward to many great years at Church on the Hill.

MICHELLE FISHER • OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

Michelle has served as office administrator since 2010.  She is the mother of three fun-loving daughters that, like her, love to make people laugh.  Michelle has a great talent for creating a very fun and joyful atmosphere while maintaining passion for an effective and efficient working environment.  Michelle's ministry passion is certainly to see kids grow in Christ and to create an atmosphere where kids learn who God really is.
